i took out a new contract from vodacom about a month ago, from the start i couldnt receive any calls or sms's from another vodacom subscriber. I have since been to a vodacom shop in somerset mall westerncape, they said it is my simcard that was damaged, they replace it, i had to pay a small amount which is fine, but then after that i still had the same problem! I then went to the vodacom customer care in canal walk western cape. They then said it is a network'problem and it will be fixed in 24hours, three days after that i went back, coz i still had the same problem, by then they said that on their system it said that the problem was fixed, which'it was not coz i still cant receive any calls. at my second visit to the care centre they told me they cant get ahold of the technitian who worked on th problem and that they will email me or that i must call them to get information. I emailed and they repleid that they are still busy with the querry. I cannot wait any longer, i really need my phone to make a living!!!!
